How valuable is your data?

“the cost of prevention is far less expensive than the expense of downtime…”

If your business is like most… you rely on your network and servers to deliver the data you’ve worked so hard to get. What data? Your client data, billing information & demographics, employee salary and benefit information, reviews, proprietary programs, corporate intellectual property, and the day-to-day information you need to run your business… all on your server. As of today, your system is reliably available… but for how long?

Had there been a “Plan B”…
We know that planning ahead is imperative. Consider the day that your server goes down… Do you have common spare parts on hand? Current offsite data backups? Redundant systems? 24×7 systems support? Would you know who to call and how to conduct business if your computer systems were unavailable for a day, or two? If not, you may be caught off guard and be forced to react quickly to reconstruct your system, and your business, to bring it back on-line. Proactively planning now may mean the difference between “business continuance”… or not… in the future.

RAID & Redundant Systems
Our solutions are based on redundant systems and processes that work to avoid, or actively plan for, the impending failure of your business critical systems. And our experienced team of networking professionals are all committed to maintaining high availability networks for your peace-of-mind as well as ours!  We’ll sleep better knowing that we’ve done our best to protect your businesses most valuable assets.

Every one of our systems are all built with RAID redundancy. That means there will be an extra, on-line disk drive (or two) in case something catastrophic does happen. The extra disk will pick up where the failed one left off and call (or e-mail) to warn of pending outages, before they occur. In most cases, normal business operations remain uninterrupted. We can even monitor your systems externally to alert us of failures when the sever can’t “speak” for itself.

Backups of the backup
We work to keep updated “images” of your servers, in their entirety, in an off-site location. In a disaster, this allows us to recreate the server “exactly” the way it was before, and very quickly at that! Restore the image – Restore the changed data – and you’re back on-line! Three copies (in case you were getting ready to ask)… we keep three copies of your data, in different locations… to allow us to be able to protect your data and ultimately, your business… Our experience has taught us that the cost of prevention is far less expensive than the expense of downtime…

Let our many years of experience help your business stay profitable by working to eliminate downtime altogether…
