We’re about serving our clients and customers and make a concerted effort to mentally and physically, be our client’s advocate. When we’re on-site we’re “outward facing” – always considering what’s best for you, our valued client.  All of our team members know to “physically face outward” (watch us this really happens).  When we’re with you we’re with you… part of YOUR team… using our talents to consider what we’d do and what we’d recommend if we were your “on-site full time IT staff”.  We’ll consider which systems, software and processes would avail you the greatest value for your dollar, last the longest, provide scalability as you grow and most importantly… protect your businesses data.

This may sound a bit “off”… but it is however, very true.  We’re not profit-driven, but rather, “client driven”… don’t get me wrong… we like to make an honest living… and be paid for our talents… We’re just not willing to compromise our honesty, integrity, reputation to make an extra dollar…

We care about quality.  We won’t sell you sub-standard equipment because it costs us less and makes us more money… We know that selling quality, name-brand equipment might be a more expensive proposition in the short run but in the long run cuts our clients overall cost and provides a much better ROI. A “custom built” system has a disadvantage the day it hits the power outlet in the computer room… “custom parts” translates into “difficult to find and replace in a disaster”…
